1Acceptance & Service Provider

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Subscriber") and Innovation Tek Ltd ("Innotek", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the FanScanr AI web application, mobile interfaces, API endpoints, and intelligent football sentiment tools.

By creating an account, logging in via Google OAuth, or purchasing a subscription plan, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2Platform Description & AI Intelligence Quotas

FanScanr provides real-time Premier League football supporter sentiment analytics, emotion distributions, transfer buzz metrics, and AI RAG chatbot assistant features.

3User Accounts, Credentials & Security

  Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and JWT authentication tokens. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.

  OAuth Integration: If signing in with Google OAuth, you grant FanScanr authorization to authenticate your account identity using standard OAuth 2.0 protocols.

4Subscriptions, Payments & Gift Codes

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Innovation Tek Ltd to charge your designated payment method for the agreed plan fee.

Gift codes and promotional discount vouchers can be redeemed via the Redeem Portal. Gift codes grant temporary trial access (`planIsTrial=true`) for the specified duration and do not automatically roll over into paid subscriptions.

5Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Automated scraping, bulk extraction, or reverse engineering of FanScanr APIs or database content.
• Attempting to bypass daily AI Intelligence query quotas or authentication security guards.
• Using FanScanr sentiment metrics to distribute fraudulent sports betting claims or misinformation.
• Reselling access tokens or user credentials to third parties without prior written consent.

6Intellectual Property & AI Disclaimers

All platform trademarks, logos, UI designs, codebases, vector indexes, and proprietary Fan Mood Index (FMI) algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of Innovation Tek Ltd.

7Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
