This Privacy Policy applies to FanScanr AI, an AI-powered football sentiment intelligence platform operated by Innovation Tek Ltd ("Innotek", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in England & Wales (Official Website: innotek.global).
We are committed to respecting data privacy rights under the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the EU GDPR. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is processed by our Google Cloud AI infrastructure, and what rights you retain as a user.
2Data We Collect & Process
A. Public Supporter Discussions (Sentiment Ingestion)
FanScanr ingests publicly available online fan commentary across Reddit subreddits, YouTube public channels, XenForo supporter forums, Substack blogs, and journalist RSS feeds. We crawl only public commentary to aggregate statistical metrics (Fan Mood Index, topic distribution, emotion classifications, and transfer buzz). We do not collect private messages, hidden forum posts, or non-public personal data.
B. Registered Account Data
When you sign up for FanScanr, we collect:
- Full Name and Email Address
- Encrypted Password Hash (for email/password accounts)
- Google Account ID & Profile Metadata (if using Google OAuth)
- Country & Timezone preferences
- Selected Favorite Premier League Clubs
- Subscription Plan tier (FREE, GOLD, PRO, ADMIN) & Trial Expiration dates
C. Payment & Billing Data
All payment transactions are processed directly by Stripe. FanScanr never stores full credit card numbers or CVV security codes on our servers. We receive only transaction status tokens, customer IDs, and subscription plan states from Stripe.
3AI Processing & Vector Embeddings
Public commentary processed by FanScanr is converted into 768-dimensional AI vector embeddings using Google Gemini 2.5 Flash models hosted on Google Cloud Platform (`europe-west2` region).
Vector embeddings allow our RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) intelligence engine to understand mathematical sentiment semantic similarity without storing identifiable user identities. Your private account details and chat queries are never used to train external public foundation models.
